Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee from the day of purchase. You may return any items that are unused that are in their original condition, and must be in their original, unopened packaging in order to be returned.

Also, prior to the return you must contact us to obtain a RMA # (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHERIZATION). Once we receive the item back, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item less shipping costs. If an item has free shipping, we will credit you the purchase price less our shipping costs.

If the item is defective in anyway, a description of the defective product will need to accompany the item upon return to us. We will replace any defective products with a new, identical item. If we no longer carry that item in stock, we will refund the full purchase price and shipping costs after receiving the defective product back in the mail. All refunds will be processed as credit on credit card or paypal account within five business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Buyers Responsibility 

  • The buyer must contact us within 24 hours of purchasing an item with your address and method of payment
  • Buyers are responsible for providing us with a correct shipping address within 24 hours of purchasing the product
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless stated otherwise

Shipping Details

  • The buyer pays for all shipping charges
  • Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS
  • If you have a PO Box, please provide us with both shipping address
  • We recommend shipping insurance on all items to protect your product during shipping. We take extra care when packaging items, however we will not be responsible for any damage occurred during shipping
  • If you take shipping insurance, we will work with you to file an insurance claim

International Shipping

We now offer international shipping on select items. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of the items and distance to the buyer's location. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Contact us with any questions regarding shipment to a specific location or a product prior to ordering.

  • All undeliverable items will be marked as abandon unless buyer pays fees to have product returned to sender. Items will then be reshipped at the expense of the buyer
  • Items may be held in customs for varying lengths of time depending on country’s standards, we have no control or estimates on ETD for packages because of this. All international packages will be shipped via priority international mail to speed up the shipping process as much as possible
  • The USPS does not offer shipping insurance or tracking information on any Flat Rate Envelopes. We are unable to process any claims for undelivered or damaged packages that are shipped via Flat Rate Envelopes through the USPS. In addition, we have noted an increased delivery time for international shipping when in item is shipped in a Flat Rate Envelope. International Buyers choose your shipping method accordingly

Payment Methods

  • All orders must be paid by PayPal or Credit Card
  • Buyer is responsible for paying for items within 48 hours of purchasing
